With 35 years of experience in chiropractic training in Kanazawa-city, Japan, the client had traditionally relied on a combination of DVD-based correspondence courses and in-person lectures and practice sessions. To expand their reach nationwide across Japan, they launched a fully online chiropractic school.
Moving away from a word-of-mouth-based approach, they needed a scalable, nationwide customer acquisition model.
We helped them build this framework by developing a high-converting landing page (LP) and running targeted Google Ads campaigns.

We identified the client’s key competitive advantages:
- A proven, repeatable training methodology that enables even beginners to quickly acquire practical chiropractic skills.
- The use of special equipment that lowers the physical barrier, making the profession accessible to women and those with less physical strength.
To maximize visibility and targeting accuracy, we conducted comprehensive keyword research and crafted an ideal customer persona.
Based on in-depth competitor analysis, we refined the LP messaging to align precisely with the audience’s needs and pain points.
